A hydraulic structure of a steel bar cutting machine, comprising a pump body (1), an eccentric shaft (2), and a plunger assembly. The described structure is provided with a plunger sleeve between the plunger and the plunger hole, so that the plunger only rubs against the plunger sleeve when reciprocating, and only the plunger and the plunger sleeve are worn after long-term operation, such that there is no need to replace the entire pump body, thereby reducing the maintenance and usage costs of the steel bar cutting machine.
