Said apparatus (100) comprises a body (101), an impedance measurement device (102), and a microprocessor (103) electrically connected to the impedance measurement device (102), the impedance measurement device (102) comprising a preset number of electrode pairs provided on the body (101), each electrode pair including an excitation electrode and a measurement electrode; the microprocessor (103) is used to extract a pulse wave impedance feature of a user from a human body impedance pulse wave according to the human body impedance pulse wave measured by each electrode pair, and to acquire hemodynamics parameters of the user according to the pulse wave impedance feature and a preset mapping relationship; so that the repeatability and consistency of the measurement data are achieved.
