Disclosed are a volume color blending method, a fixed-volume outpouring device and an automatic color blending device for automobile refinishing paint. A volume formula of refinishing paint is converted in correspondence to a weight formula of refinishing paint and a measured proportion of color masterbatch; the type and volume of required color masterbatch are calculated according to the volume formula of refinishing paint and an area to be refinished; and the color masterbatch is obtained and mixed by a fixed-volume outpouring device for automobile refinishing paint (2) according to the required type and volume of color masterbatch; the automatic color blending device, comprising the arrangement of at least one row of fixed-volume outpouring devices for automobile refinishing paint (2) in a body (1) and a linearly moving material receiving and mixing component (3) below same, realizes the fixed-volume automatic color blending of automobile refinishing paint, overcomes technical bias and reduces costs.
