The present invention relates to exercise equipment for improving hamstring flexibility, comprising: a thigh stimulation seat (120) formed to have an area for supporting the buttocks and femoral regions of a user, placed at a predetermined height from the floor by supporting legs (110), and including a stimulation device formed in the portion where the femoral regions are located; a calf support (160) having a predetermined length and formed as an angle-adjustable support in front of the thigh stimulation seat (120), so as to support the user's calves; and an angle adjustment device (200) for adjusting the angle of the calf support (160), whereby the flexibility of the hamstring can be improved by stimulating the hamstring with the stimulation device while adjusting the angle of the calf support (160) in a state where the user sits on the thigh stimulation seat (120).
