A lightweight thin wall panel having a sandwich structure and fully-enclosed edges, a processing device for the same, and a processing method. The wall panel comprises a cladding layer (3) and a core material layer (4). The cladding layer (3) covers an outer surface of the core material layer (4), and has a thickness less than the thickness of the core material layer (4). The wall panel has the following advantageous effects: high strength, weather-resistance, being fireproof and waterproof, thermal insulation, sound insulation, decreasing the load carried by a main building structure, a prolonged service life, decreasing the size and weight of structural components while providing the same structural strength, and increasing the usable area of a building.
