The present patent application relates to a volume measurement method, system and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: collecting first information of a measurement region when no object to be measured exists and first depth image information of the measurement region when objects to be measured exist in the current view on the basis of a 3D visual system; identifying the outer contour of the objects to be measured by comparing the first information and gray values of the first depth image information collected in different views to obtain first depth information of the outer contour of the objects to be measured, and filling an outer contour definition region of the objects to be measured to obtain an object target to be measured and dimension information of the object target to be measured; performing block division on the outer contour region of the objects to be measured according to a preset relation between the first depth information and blocks obtained by division, and generating block information; and obtaining the volumes of the objects to be measured according to a preset relation among the block information, the dimension information of the object target to be measured, and the volumes of the objects to be measured. According to the method, testing is performed on the basis of 3D vision, and the objects to be measured are directly measured, thus the measurement speed is fast, the measurement precision is high, and the measurement range is large.
