A magnetic bead cleaning device, comprising a cuvette tray (110), a cleaning assembly (120) and a magnetic adhesion assembly (130); the cleaning assembly (120) is disposed in a cleaning area of the cuvette tray (110) and is used for sequentially suctioning waste liquid from each cuvette (150) by means of the cleaning area, and adding a cleaning liquid to clean magnetic beads, the magnetic adhesion assembly (130) being connected to the cuvette tray (110); during a process in which the cleaning assembly (120) must suction the waste liquid, the magnetic beads are adhered to facilitate the cleaning assembly (120) suctioning the waste liquid, the magnetic bead cleaning device (100) achieves the streamlined cleaning of magnetic beads.
