Disclosed is a room check-in method, comprising: after receiving a room reservation demand of a tenant, a server determining a room to be checked into which matches the hotel room reservation demand (S11); the server determining that identity verification of the tenant is successful (S12); the server sending an unlocking recognition code of the room to be checked into to a user terminal of the tenant (S13); when the room to be checked into is in a free state, the server triggering the unlocking recognition code to take same into effect (S14); the server receiving the unlocking recognition code, which is in an effective state, sent by the user terminal (S15); the server verifying the unlocking recognition code (S16); and if the verification is successful, the server controlling the door of the room to be checked into, so that same is unlocked (S17). By means of the method, a room to be checked into can be determined for a tenant after the room is successfully reserved, and the efficiency for tenant check-in is improved.
