The present disclosure provides a method for acquiring virtual bank card payment authority, comprising: receiving a user operation; determining, in response to the user operation, whether a client device has the function of near filed communication; if yes, transmitting an applying request for applying for a virtual bank card; and in the case that the applying request satisfies an application condition, acquiring the virtual bank card of a payment account and a preset number of payment identifiers, the payment identifiers being generated by encrypting the card information of the virtual bank card, and being used for enabling other devices to determine the corresponding virtual bank card for payment by acquiring the payment identifier. On the other hand, the present disclosure also provides a system for acquiring virtual bank card payment authority, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
