Provided is a quinolone derivative having indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibited activity. Specifically, provided are a compound of formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in preparation of drugs for immunoregulation and preventing and/or treating diseases related to IDO abnormal expression and/or abnormal tryptophan metabolism. Also involved are a drug combination of the quinolone derivative and an HDAC inhibitor and use thereof in preparation of antitumor drugs.
