Disclosed is a safety protection system for passengers and drivers, the system including passenger and driver seat belt fastening state detection apparatuses, passenger and driver emergency alarm apparatuses, a car roof sounding alarm, passenger and driver fastening apparatuses, and passenger and driver isolation and protection apparatuses, wherein if a passenger is a single female, a pregnant woman, an elderly man or woman, a child, an infant, a person with difficulty in moving and an intoxicated person, an order will only be assigned to a vehicle provided with the above-mentioned apparatuses; when the passenger or a driver presses an emergency alarm button, the car roof sounding alarm gives an alarm; and when the passenger is still in an automobile and the driver attempts to unfasten a seat belt, the safety protection system gives an alarm immediately, the passenger can open a door using an automobile door remote control key on the passenger emergency alarm apparatus and escape, the car roof sounding alarm gives an alarm, and a mobile phone camera of the driver is turned on to monitor the driver, or the driver is fastened to the driver's seat.
