The invention relates to an air de-oiling device (10) and an air de-oiling insert (14). The air de-oiling device (10) comprises a housing (12) which has at least one air inlet (22), at least one air outlet (54) and at least one oil outlet (50) for oil separated from the air. At least two air de-oiling inserts (14) which separate the air inlet (22) from the air outlet (54) are arranged in the housing (12) in a functionality parallel manner. The air de-oiling inserts (14) have: a de-oiling medium (58) which peripherally surrounds an insert interior (60); a through-flow end cap (62) which is arranged at an axial end face of the de-oiling medium (58) and has at least one through-flow opening (64) to the insert interior (60); and a mounting end cap (68) which is arranged at an end face of the at least one de-oiling medium (58) axially opposite the through-flow end cap (62) and which closes the insert interior (60). A mounting flange (70), by means of which the air de-oiling insert (14) can be fastened in a housing (12) of the air de-oiling device (10), is connected to the mounting end cap (68). The through-flow openings (64) of the through-flow end caps (62) to the insert interiors (60) are connected to a first connection chamber (84) of the housing (12), and/or respective air through-flow arrangements (78) at the ends at which the mounting end caps (68) of the air de-oiling inserts (14) are situated are connected to a second connection chamber (92) of the housing (12).
