A developing cartridge (2) includes: a casing (10) having a groove (207) recessed inward; a developing roller (22) having an outer circumferential surface; a blade (24) regulating a thickness of toner layer on the outer circumferential surface; and a blade holder (250) having a first plate (251) and a second plate (252). The developing roller (22) is rotatable about a rotational axis extending in a first direction. The blade (24) has one end portion and another end portion in a second direction. The another end portion of the blade (24) is positioned farther from the outer circumferential surface than the one end portion of the blade (24) is from the outer circumferential surface, and is supported by the first plate (251). The second plate (252) extends from the first plate (251) in a third direction to have a distal end portion positioned within the groove (207).
