The invention relates to a filling apparatus (100) conducting filling gasoline and diesel to vehicles at fuel oil stations and to be installed onto fuel oil dispenser (10) consisting of cap (110) located on dispenser pipe (11) entering into vehicle tank; a diaphragm (160) located in the cap (110) and turning on/off the fuel oil way and providing flow and stop of fuel oil; a pipe sheath (150) installed onto the dispenser pipe (11) and connected to the cap (110); a holding spring (151) helping securing said pipe sheath (150) to body of fuel oil dispenser (10) and slide of pipe sheath (150) on the dispenser pipe (11); a trust pipe (155) providing set of trust mechanism resting on tank inlet when it is attempted to insert pipe sheath (150) into diesel tank located on terminal end; a pushing spring (154) connected to thrust pipe (155) and pushed by means of motion in B direction following hitting the tank inlet by the thrust pipe (155); motion spindle (120) where motion from said pushing spring (154) is transmitted and said diaphragm (160) is moved downward and providing closing.
