A collapsible electric vehicle, a vehicle frame for the same, and a vehicle frame lock. The collapsible electric vehicle comprises a front vehicle member (10), a vehicle frame (20), a seat (30), a power supply (40), a set of wheels (50), and a drive motor. The front vehicle member (10) is pivotably connected to the vehicle frame (20). The seat (30) is disposed at the vehicle frame (20). The wheels (50) are disposed at the front vehicle member (10) and the vehicle frame (20), respectively. The power supply (40) is electrically connected to the drive motor. The drive motor is connected to at least one of the wheels, so as to drive the wheel to rotate. The collapsible electric vehicle has an expanded state and a collapsed state, wherein when the collapsible electric vehicle is in the expanded state, a first support frame (22) of the vehicle frame (20) is expanded and maintained upright, so as to support the seat (30) to be at a suitable position, and the front vehicle member (10) is expanded to be positioned apart from the vehicle frame (20); when the collapsible electric vehicle is in the collapsed state, the first support frame (22) of the vehicle frame (20) is collapsed to a frame main body (10), and the front vehicle member (10) is collapsed to the first support frame (22).
