CARBOHYDRATE-DERIVED AZACYCLOCARBENE, PRECURSOR IMIDAZOLE SALT THEREOF, AZACYCLOCARBENE-COORDINATED TRANSITION METAL COMPLEX, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE IN CATALYTIC REACTION
CARBOHYDRATE-DERIVED AZACYCLOCARBENE, PRECURSOR IMIDAZOLE SALT THEREOF, AZACYCLOCARBENE-COORDINATED TRANSITION METAL COMPLEX, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE IN CATALYTIC REACTION
1,3-disubstituted-2H-imidazolyl-2-carbene is a common type of azacyclocarbene, which may be used in a plurality of fields, comprising catalyzing organic reactions, acting as a transition metal ligand, and acting as a supporting ligand in transition metal-catalyzed organic reactions. Provided by the present invention are a precursor imidazole salt of azacyclocarbene that carries a carbohydrate unit (the general formulas being I and II) and a preparation method therefor; further provided by the present invention are azacyclocarbenes that carry a carbohydrate unit (the general formulas being III and IV, being referred to as NHC for short) and a preparation method therefor; further provided by the present invention are NHC-coordinated palladium complexes and a preparation method therefor; an (in situ) catalytic system consisting of NHC or imidazole salt and palladium salt or a complex thereof, and a use of an NHC-coordinated palladium complex in catalyzing organic reactions are also a part of the present invention, in particular a use in catalyzing coupling reactions relating to (pseudo) haloaromatics.
