Disclosed are a magnetic field stimulator-equipped massage device and method for preventing and treating brain disorders such as dementia or depression. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a magnetic field stimulator-equipped massage device for preventing and treating brain disorders such as dementia or depression includes: a brain condition determining unit which determines brain condition on the basis of at least one among user's biological signals and information about the user's answers to a questionnaire; a functional stimulation determining unit which determines a brain stimulation massage pattern including functional stimulation on the basis of the determined condition of the brain; and a functional stimulation providing unit which controls the massage device according to the determined brain stimulation massage pattern.
