The catcher device (1) is an apparatus capturing the flies and insects by killing via electrical voltage circuit (4) by attracting them with illuminant (12) light, characterized in that; the electric may be supplied via the solar panel (19) or the cable (16) carrying the mains power, the electrical voltage is supplied by means of the electrical voltage circuit (4) at discontinuous intervals so as to kill only the insects without damaging the human, and it comprises a multi-layer cage system (13) killing flies and insects, and the hole intervals of the cage system (13) can be adjusted according to targeted fly and insect, and the color and intensity of the luminous supplied from the illuminant (12) can be used by changing according to its fly and insect attracting performance. Captured flies and insects are kept in a collection tank (22) by stopping their contact with the ground.
