A preparation method for and use of a dibenzylamine quaternary ammonium salt high-temperature resistant acidizing corrosion inhibitor and use thereof. The preparation steps are as follows: (1) dissolving an amine reactant benzylamine, phenylethylamine, morpholine or indole in an organic solvent, slowly adding epichlorohydrin dropwise, stirring the reaction at room temperature for 12-14 h, then performing distillation under reduced pressure, and washing to obtain intermediate I; (2) dissolving the intermediate I in an organic solvent, adding dibenzylamine thereto, then adding an acid-binding agent, raising the temperature to 60-80 °C and reacting for 14-16 h, and after cooling to room temperature, performing filtration, extraction and distillation under reduced pressure to obtain intermediate II; (3) dissolving the intermediate II in an organic solvent, adding a quaternization agent thereto, raising the temperature to 80-110 °C and reacting for 12-15 h, and after cooling to room temperature, performing filtration, extraction and distillation under reduced pressure to obtain a dibenzylamine quaternary ammonium salt high-temperature resistant acidizing corrosion inhibitor. The preparation method is simple and feasible, and reliable in principle, and the prepared acidizing corrosion inhibitor has significant inhibitory effects on acid corrosion of carbon steel in oil and gas wells.
