A detection mechanism for a swing angle of a bridge crane with dual lifting appliances based on a photosensitive element, comprising: a detection slide block (29) provided on a swing frame and moving along a slideway (15) of the swing frame with the swing of a lifting rope (8); and a first photosensitive element detection unit (28) provided inside the detection slide block (29). The first photosensitive element detection unit (28) moves along with the movement of the detection slide block (29). Light emitted from a light source (27) is irradiated to the first photosensitive element detection unit (28) by means of a slit plate (26). The movement of the swing angle is converted from an optical signal to a voltage signal to be output, and pulse counting is performed to measure the swing angle of the lifting rope (8). The angle of movement of the detection slide block (29) is equal to the number of electric pulses output by the photosensitive element, and the total number of pulses is equal to the number of openings on the slit plate. According to the present invention, the problem of detecting the swing angle of the bridge crane with dual lifting appliances is solved, the detection mechanism is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient for maintenance, and high in anti-interference capability, and is not affected by weather and high in precision, and the magnitude of the swing angle of a resultant force is directly measured without performing a complex component measurement. Also disclosed is a measurement method for a detection mechanism for swing angle of bridge crane with dual lifting appliances based on photosensitive element.
