A centrifugal fan blade assembly, comprising a disk (1) and a first hub (2), first centrifugal blades (3) being fixedly provided at the outer peripheral side of the disk (1) in the circumferential direction, the first hub (2) being fixedly provided on the disk (1) and located at the inner peripheral side of the first centrifugal blades (3), second centrifugal blades (4) being provided at an air inlet end of the first hub (2), and the second centrifugal blades (4) being located at the inner peripheral side of the first centrifugal blades (3). Further provided is a centrifugal fan comprising the centrifugal fan blade assembly and an air conditioner. The centrifugal fan blade assembly can effectively increase the strength of the airflow at the front of the disk of the fan blade assembly, avoiding back suction of the airflow.
