Provided in one or more embodiments of the present application are a blockchain-based data verification method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method may comprise: acquiring a data identifier of target data disclosed by a data provider on a blockchain; wherein the data identifier indicates a storage position of the target data on the blockchain; determining whether the target data is stored on the blockchain on the basis of the data identifier; if the target data is stored on the blockchain, acquiring the target data from the storage position indicated by the data identifier; wherein the target data stored on the blockchain carries authentication information for verifying the authenticity of the target data; and verifying the authenticity of the acquired target data on the basis of the authentication information and outputting a verification result to a data verifier.
