The combined system is developed for the multi-purpose 5 utilization of the offshore renewable energy resource, and it belongs to the technical field of offshore renewable energy. The combined system includes several main components, such as a wind turbine, a tower, a monopile foundation and a torus-type multi-chamber (OWC) device.
