The "fiber-cell" biosensor system is mainly composed of the following three parts: (1) A multi-core optical fiber with a novel structure, its fiber end is polished into a non-equilateral pyramidal shape and prepared into optical tweezers; (2) Microspherical optical resonant cavity, the gain medium with amplification function in the cavity can be distributed in the sphere, outside the sphere or the surface of the sphere shell.
