The present invention relates to a method for preparing bioconversion products of Asparagus cochinchinensis and soybean embryos by means of the liquid culturing of Basidiomycetes mycelium and, more specifically, to a bioconversion product preparation method enabling maximization of the active ingredients of Asparagus cochinchinensis and soybean embryos and the productivity of β-glucan produced by mycelium of Basidiomycetes, through an efficient bioconversion process (conversion by microbial fermentation) using, as culture substrates, Asparagus cochinchinensis and soybean embryos, which are natural raw materials having various effects.
