The invention relates hygrometer (1), which allows the observation of the amount of water supplied in the plant/tree in tree farming, agriculture and cultivation. The invention is composed of a compressed air driven system capable of measuring the water need of plants and trees separately for each tree, and it is related to a hygrometer which solves this technical problem with a technical solution (with precise and accurate analysis).
