The method comprises the following steps: mixing mycelial spheres loaded with reduced graphene oxide obtained by culturing atoxigenic aspergillusflavus fungal spores with an iron precursor, performing a hydrothermal method with an ascorbic acid as a reducing agent to prepare a magnetic composite nanomaterial, adding the material into a sample extracting solution, fully mixing the material with the sample extracting solution, and adsorbing Aflatoxin B1 and capsaicin; adsorbing the magnetic composite nanomaterial with a magnet, and removing the sample extracting solution; adding a cleaning solution, fully mixing the cleaning solution with the magnetic composite nanomaterial, adsorbing the magnetic composite nanomaterial with the magnet, and removing the cleaning solution; finally, adding an eluent, fully mixing the magnetic composite nanomaterial with the eluent, adsorbing the magnetic composite nanomaterial with the magnet, and concentrating the collected eluent to obtain a concentrated solution containing a target object.
