Disclosed are a CT scanner, a CT system, a CT system control method, and a medium. The method comprises: a tube; a frame, the tube being fixed on the frame, the frame being configured to drive the tube to rotate around a target object at a preset scanning tilt angle, and the preset scanning tilt angle being a horizontal scanning angle or a vertical scanning angle; and a control mechanism, the control mechanism being configured to obtain the preset scanning tilt angle, and control, according to the preset scanning tilt angle, the frame to drive the tube to perform spiral motion with respect to the target object on a supporting mechanism at the horizontal scanning angle or the vertical scanning angle to obtain CT scan data of the target object.
