The tension screw early warning apparatus of a pre-stressed FRP reinforcing structure comprises a fixed plate (101, 201), an FRP strip (102, 202), a self-locking plate (103, 203), an anchoring plate (104, 204), at least one tension screw (105, 206, 207, 208), a nut (106, 209), and an expansion bolt (107, 210); the fixed plate (101, 201) and the anchoring plate (104, 204) are located on two sides of the self-locking plate (103, 203); one end of the FRP strip (102, 202) is fixedly connected to the fixed plate (101, 201), and the other end of the FRP strip (102, 202) is fixedly connected to the self-locking plate (103, 203); the at least one tension screw (105, 206, 207, 208) passes through the self-locking plate (103, 203) and the anchoring plate (104, 204); multiple nuts (106, 209) are comprised and threadedly connected to the tension screw (105, 206, 207, 208); the fixed plate (101, 201), the self-locking plate (103, 203), and the anchoring plate (104, 204) are fixed onto a concrete substrate by the expansion bolt (107, 210); a through hole for mounting the expansion bolt on the self-locking plate (103, 203) is a slotted hole; the slotted hole is arranged parallel to the tension screw (105, 206, 207, 208). The tension screw early warning apparatus is used in the ductility regulation method, so as to tension and lock the FRP strip (102, 202), where the expansion bolt (107, 210) is not locked and tightened. The tension screw early warning apparatus of a pre-stressed FRP reinforcing structure achieves a ductility controllable design, solves the problems of easily-detachable connection and brittle failure between an FRP and an anchor, and improves structural safety.
