The present invention relates to an epoxidized oil composition for use as plasticizer. Said epoxidized oil composition is characterized by comprising epoxidized waste oil. The oxirane value of said epoxidized oil composition is 6-8%, acid value thereof is 1 mgKOH/g and iodine value thereof is 5 gl₂/100 g.
