A floating spacing adjustment-type reverse well drilling rig, comprising a base support (1), a telescopic mechanism (2), a drill rod (4), a drill bit (5), and a T-shaped adjustment screw (10). An adjustment structure of a floating spacing of an outer ring sleeve (81) is added to the reverse well drilling rig. An adjustment groove (821) and an adjustment screw hole (822) are provided on an inner ring sleeve (82). One end of the T-shaped adjustment screw (10) penetrates the adjustment groove (821) and is then threaded and connected in the adjustment screw hole (822). One end of the T-shaped adjustment screw (10) extends between an inner side of the inner ring sleeve (82) and an outer side of a clamping plate (83), and the other end of the T-shaped adjustment screw (10) is located in the adjustment groove (821). In the foregoing manner, the distance between the T-shaped adjustment screw (10) and the clamping plate (83) is the floating distance between the outer ring sleeve (81) and the inner ring sleeve (82), such that the objective of being able to control the spacing is achieved, and the present invention is thus more flexible to use.
