The present invention discloses a fenton-like catalytic material with dual reactive centers and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: (1) placing a nitrogen-containing compound into a muffle for roasting, then dissolving the product into deionized water to form a turbid liquid solution; (2) dissolving aluminum nitrate nonahydrate, copper nitrate trihydrate and glucose into deionized water to form solution C; (3) adding the turbid liquid solution drop by drop into solution C, then performing airtight hydrothermal reaction and rinsing centrifugal drying to obtain a solid; (4) roasting the obtained solid in the muffle to obtain the fenton-like catalytic material. The catalytic material has a complete cone-shaped mesoporous structure with a large specific surface area, thereby exposing more catalytic active sites such that H2O2 can carry out reduction reaction in electron-rich center as much as possible to produce hydroxyl redials. The novel catalytic material can well remove various poisonous organic pollutants under neutral conditions, and can realize highselectivity conversion of H2O2.
