Disclosed is an antenna downward inclination angle measurement method based on a multi-scale deep semantic segmentation network. Base station antenna data is collected by means of an unmanned aerial vehicle, an acquired antenna image is marked by using a marking tool, and a data set is created; the data set is invoked to perform training and debug a model; and a target antenna is identified and detected, semantic segmentation is carried out on an output image, a final segmented target image is finally obtained, and a downward inclination angle of the target image is then calculated. The present invention has high applicability and a low cost and is secure.
