The present invention relates to a scale for assessing a degree of improving a dorsal hand volume and, more particularly, to a method for grading a dorsal hand volume upon the assessment of filler-induced dorsal hand volume improvement effects, the method comprising determining grades on the basis of the loss of soft tissues on dorsal hands, the degrees of visibility of veins and tendons, and the states of skin texture in dorsal hands.
