An integrated device employing a low-temperature plasma to treat a waste incinerator flue gas comprises a housing (100) having a gas inlet (101) and a gas outlet (102). A low-temperature plasma reaction unit (110), a spray cooling unit (120) and a wet contaminant collection unit (130) are sequentially disposed at intervals in the housing (100) along a flue gas flow direction. A gas delivery port (103) is arranged at one side of the housing (100) where the gas inlet (101) is located. A collection portion (104) is provided at the bottom of the housing (100) in a position corresponding to the wet contaminant collection unit (130). The collection portion (104) is in communication with a lye supply unit (140). The spray cooling unit (120) is provided with multiple first nozzles (121). The wet contaminant collection unit (130) is provided with multiple second nozzles (131). The first nozzles (121) and the second nozzles (131) are respectively in communication with a discharge end of the lye supply unit (140). The device requires a smaller installation space, can simultaneously remove several contaminants, prevents re-contamination, realizes recycling and recovering of water, and reduces resource consumption.
