An aerial spraying operation method for a cotton defoliant in a one-film-three-row cultivation pattern. The method ensures that the effective spray span of a plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle can exactly cover or slightly exceed the average cotton plant breadth, formed by three cotton plants, in the width direction of a single mulching film during a single-route operation flight, meeting the real requirement that planters do not want defoliants to be excessively sprayed in connecting rows causing defoliant waste and soil contamination, thereby realizing a precise, defoliant-saving and green operation; makes the effective spray spans of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle at different operating altitudes synergetically correspond to a "one-film-three-row" cultivation pattern with equal row spacing widely used in many places domestically, thereby realizing agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion while spraying the defoliants by the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle, and meeting the general requirement of the country for agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion; and provides a referential operation specification for precise aerial spraying of other pest control chemicals during cotton field management.
