METHOD FOR PRODUCING PALM CRUDE OIL AND BIOMASS FUEL

Provided is a method for producing a palm crude oil and a biomass fuel, wherein a device structure is simple and a repair and maintenance is easy, so as to produce the palm crude oil and the biomass fuel from fruitage (clusters and fruit) collected from an oil palm without producing greenhouse gas. The method for producing a palm crude oil and a biomass fuel is characterized by a device comprising: a water-removing apparatus (1) that removes water by bringing fruitage (clusters and fruit)(A) collected from an oil palm into contact with a palm crude oil; a sorting apparatus (2) that sorts the water-removed fruitage into clusters and fruit; a separating apparatus (3) that separates the sorted fruit into flesh and seeds; an oil-extracting apparatus (4) that produces a palm crude oil (E) by collecting oil content from the separated flesh; a cluster size-reducing apparatus for crushing the separated clusters into a form that is suitable for transportation and combustion; and a combusting and heating apparatus (6) that heats the palm crude oil used for the water-removing apparatus by using a part of a biomass fuel (G) from which water is removed and which is separated from the fruit and is reduced in size by the cluster size-reducing apparatus.
