The invention relates to a toilet body (1) for a bidet-toilet combination, wherein the toilet body (1) comprises: a front part which comprises a toilet bowl (2) having a horizontal top side (3) as a support for a possible seat and a bowl cavity (4) open at the top; and a rear part which comprises a rear open cavity (5) having an opening (6) for a wastewater outlet (7), which opening leads into the bowl cavity (4), and having a through-hole (8) for a flushing-water feed, which through-hole leads into the bowl cavity (4). The cavity (5) is designed to receive a flushing-water feed, a wastewater outlet and a bidet, and, in the region of the through-hole (8), the toilet body (1) does not comprise a connecting piece protruding into the cavity (5) for a flushing-water feed. Furthermore, a plastic insert (12) for the toilet body (1) is provided, which plastic insert comprises at least one pipe connecting piece (13) for a flushing-water feed, wherein the plastic insert (12) has a front region (14) which can be fastened in the through-hole (8) of the toilet body (1). Furthermore, there is also a method for installing the plastic insert (12) on said toilet body (1).
