Disclosed are a blockchain certificate storage method and apparatus, and a computer device, being applied to a blockchain system comprising a computation certificate storage node device. At least one kind of computational logic is deployed in the computation certificate storage node device. The method comprises: a computation certificate storage node device receiving a computation invoking application, wherein the computation invoking application comprises a query index for target service event data (step 102); acquiring the target service event data based on the query index for the target service event data (step 104); running computational logic corresponding to the computation invoking application, and carrying out computation based on the target service event data to obtain a computation result (step 106); and sending a certificate storage transaction to a blockchain, so that the certificate storage transaction is consented to and verified by nodes of the blockchain and is then recorded in a distributed database of the blockchain, wherein the certificate storage transaction comprises first certificate storage information generated based on the computation result (step 108).
