METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LONGITUDINAL AND RADIAL WATER-BLOCKING MEDIUM-VOLTAGE POWER CABLE, AND CABLE

A method for manufacturing a longitudinal and radial water-blocking medium-voltage power cable, comprising the steps of: 1) manufacturing wire cores, and 2) manufacturing a cable core, and 3) manufacturing a protective layer; step 1) comprises: preparing conductors, and coating each conductor with a first water-blocking expanded tape layer, a semi-conductive conductor shielding layer, a water-resistant tree-type cross-linked polyethylene insulating layer, and a semi-conductive insulating shielding layer in sequence; coating the cable prepared in step 1) with a second water-blocking expanded tape layer and a metal shielding layer in sequence; and coating the cable prepared in step 2) with a first wrapping tape layer, a radial waterproof layer, and a first sheath layer in sequence. The first water-blocking expanded tape layer is formed by wrapping a semi-conductive water-blocking tape; the semi-conductive conductor shielding layer, the water-resistant tree-type cross-linked polyethylene insulating layer, and the semi-conductive insulating shielding layer are formed by extrusion; the second water-blocking expanded tape layer is formed by wrapping a semi-conductive water-blocking tape; the first wrapping tape layer is formed by wrapping a wrapping tape; the radial waterproof layer is formed by longitudinally wrapping the first wrapping tape layer with an aluminum-plastic composite tape in the axial direction of the cable core.
