Provided is a variable unit count and variable angle daily optimized operation method for a tidal pump station system based on optimized time intervals, comprising the following steps: calculating the total energy consumption for operation of a large pump station system; for the purpose of minimizing the costs of operating, starting, and stopping a tidal pump station system, establishing a variable unit count and variable angle daily optimized operation mathematical model for the pump station system based on optimized time intervals; and determining an operating plan by an intelligent algorithm. The method can reduce the costs of operating a pump station.
