A method, apparatus and system for evaluating the accuracy of a ground point cloud map, and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises: determining current position information and absolute height information of an unmanned aerial vehicle by means of a positioning device mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and determining current relative height information of the unmanned aerial vehicle relative to the ground by means of an airborne radar of the unmanned aerial vehicle (101); and obtaining elevation data of a flight path of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the position information, the absolute height information, and the relative height information, wherein the elevation data of the flight path is used to evaluate the accuracy of a ground point cloud map (102). The present method simplifies the operation of evaluating the accuracy of a ground point cloud map, and increases the reliability of the accuracy.
