Disclosed is a flexible hinge structure, characterized by comprising: a rigid driving end (3); a mounting fixing end (1) connected to one end in a lengthwise direction of an upper surface of the rigid driving end (3) through a first flexible portion (11), with a surface of the mounting fixing end (1) being provided with a first fixing structure (100); a displacement output end (2) connected to the other end in the lengthwise direction of the upper surface of the rigid driving end (3) through a second flexible portion (21); and guide fixing ends (4) symmetrically arranged on two side surfaces of the displacement output end (2) through a third flexible portion (41), with the two side surfaces being parallel to the lengthwise direction of the upper surface of the rigid driving end (3), and a surface of each guide fixing end (4) being provided with a second fixing structure (400). A driving block is connected to a displacement block at 90 degrees through the flexible portions, realizing output with the displacement in an output direction being 90 degrees from the displacement in a driving direction.
