The super duplex stainless steel clad steel plate has a two-layer structure, one layer being duplex stainless steel, and the other layer being carbon steel; the duplex stainless steel comprises the following components in weight percentages: less than or equal to 0.03% of C, less than or equal to 1.20% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.80% of Si, 24.0-26.0% of Cr, 6.0-8.0% of Ni, 3.0-5.0% of Mo, 0.24-0.32% of N, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; the carbon steel comprises the following components in weight percentages: 0.03-0.12% of C, 0.10-0.45% of Si, 0.70-1.60% of Mn, less than 0.020% of P, less than 0.025% of S, 0-0.35% of Cu, 0-0.40% of Cr, 0-0.40% of Ni, 0-0.05% of Nb, 0-0.40% of Mo, 0-0.018% of Ti, 0.015-0.045% of Al, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Said clad steel plate can achieve high structural strength and corrosion resistance; said clad steel plate is a rolled clad steel sheet and can achieve metallurgical bonding between the cladding layer and the substrate materials, thereby obtaining a good bonding force.
