The present invention relates to a plant cultivator rotating unit comprising: a basket, in which a plurality of pots for cultivating plants are stacked, and which is provided with a seating portion in which a plant cultivator mounted therein is seated; and a rotary support portion which is provided between the seating portion of the basket and the plant cultivator and rolls along the seating portion of the basket to rotatably support the plant cultivator with respect to the basket.
