A dust removal and heat exchange integrated device based on gradient honeycomb body and a three-dimensional ribbed tube and a method for using same, relating to the technical field of industrial energy saving and environmental protection. The device is composed of a gradient porous compound metal honeycomb body (1), metal support bodies (2), and a three-dimensional double-side rib pipe (3) in order from outside to inside. The gradient porous compound metal honeycomb body (1) is made of heat-resistant metal wires by weaving, and the porosity changes in gradient in horizontal and vertical directions. A honeycomb filter heat storage body is formed by stacking. The three-dimensional double-side ribbed tube (3) is a three-dimensional ribbed plate cavity or a three-dimensional double-side ribbed tube (3) having a three-dimensional discrete rib structure processed on the surface of a heat exchange cavity or a heat exchange tube. The present device breakthroughly achieves the integrated treatment of continuous dust removal and heat storage and exchange of high-temperature and high-dust-content flue gas at 600℃ -1200℃, and has the advantages of efficient purification, stable heat storage and exchange, continuous operation, and long service life. The waste heat recovery efficiency can reach more than 70% and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%.
