The present invention sets forth an electric lift table-based anti-collision control system and an anti-collision method therefor, the system comprising a lift table, an electric lift table control box disposed on the lift table and a single chip microcomputer disposed within the electric lift table control box; the present system is characterized in that: the electric lift table control box is internally provided with an accelerometer and a gyroscope chip, and the accelerometer and the gyroscope chip move synchronously along with the lift table; the accelerometer and the gyroscope chip exchange information with the single chip microcomputer, and perform movement control on the lift table by means of the single chip microcomputer. The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the described system effectively achieves resistance detection by means of providing the accelerometer and the gyroscope chip, has higher sensitivity and more reliable operation, and perceives slight angle variations or acceleration variations when the lift table meets resistance, and thereby determines whether resistance is met during the operation of the lift table.
