The method comprises: determining, according to position information and/or a time advance (TA) corresponding to a measurement report (MR) sample, an MR sample to be positioned, wherein the MR sample is an MR sample, that carries global navigation satellite system (GNSS) information within a set period, of a target cell; determining, according to the MR sample to be positioned, a target area including the target cell; selecting a position to be determined according to the target area, and predicting the latitude and longitude of the target cell according to the position information and position information of the position to be determined carried in the MR sample to be positioned, and the distance represented by the corresponding TA.
