The present invention relates to the technical field of construction, and relates to a prefabricated and assembled double-steel-plate concrete shear wall connection assembly and a usage method therefor. The present invention comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and a plurality of bolts. A plurality of bolt holes are provided on the bottom plate and the top plate, and a pouring hole is provided on the top plate. Middle parts of the bottom plate and the top plate are punched to form shear grooves, the shear grooves of the top plate and the bottom plate are mutually matching hollow arc-shaped shear grooves, and shear keys are provided at side surfaces of the shear grooves. Concrete in a wall is poured by means of the pouring hole. The middle parts of the bottom plate and the top plate of the present invention are made into shear grooves that have shear keys. Four side surfaces of the shear grooves are subject to layer-insertion processing, that is, are made into a plurality of uneven and ordered shear keys, and have a high shear load bearing capacity. The groove depth and groove width of the shear keys may be adjusted according to project requirements so as to adjust the provided shear force.
