The present invention relates to a PLA composite fiber filament, as well as a preparation technique and application thereof. A PLA composite fiber filament of the present invention has a sheath-core structure, and comprises an inner core layer and an outer sheath layer wrapped outside of the inner core layer, the inner core layer being a continuous filament, the material of which the filament is made being a degradable material, the material composition of the outer sheath layer primarily being PLA, PLA indicating polymerized lactic acid, and there being an air flow channel between the inner core layer and the outer sheath layer. The beneficial effects of this are: the PLA composite fiber filament of the present invention not only has good flexibility, does not break easily and does not debond easily, but can also completely biodegrade, which helps protect the environment. Using the PLA composite fiber filament of the present invention causes little filter-tip suction resistance, smoke flows evenly, temperature reduction results are good, and strength is moderate.
